Our client are a leading hotel / hospitality group, looking for an area HR Director to be based in Sapporo.

Responsibilities

• - Manage HR teams.
• - Foster a supportive work environment from onboarding through career progression.
• - Develop strategies to motivate staff and improve guest experiences.
• - Manage daily HR operations, including reporting and process improvements.
• - Promote the hotel's reputation and encourage team engagement in the community.

Qualifications

• - At least four years of HR experience
• - Experience in managerial role.
• - Experience in hotels / hospitality (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
