A leading hotel in the Kansai region is looking for an experienced HR Director to head their Human Resources division. This role involves guiding HR strategy and operations in a luxury hotel, working closely with global executives, and managing a skilled team.



Responsibilities:

- Lead the HR division to align with the hotel's strategic goals and Hyatt's People Brand.
- Develop and manage an effective HR team, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Work with senior leaders and international executives to enhance leadership skills and ensure compliance.
- Create and implement leadership growth programs, focusing on compensation planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Analyze trends and provide insights on organizational health to support business strategy and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and Hyatt standards, managing employee data with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Oversee recruitment processes, maintaining alignment with corporate identity and professional standards.
- Manage competitive compensation packages to ensure fairness and equity.


Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of HR leadership experience, with expertise in employee relations, training, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in a multicultural environment, with fluency in Japanese and English.
- Strong analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
