We are seeking an experienced HR Director for a well-known hotel in central Tokyo. This is a great chance to lead HR efforts in a lively environment focused on providing exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and oversee programs to improve employee satisfaction and run orientation sessions for new hires.
- Train managers on HR best practices to boost team productivity and develop strategies to motivate staff and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive work environment, handle employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Promote the hotel's image within the local community and encourage team participation.
- Help with HR budgeting, monitor labor costs, and analyze compensation trends to offer competitive benefits.




Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably with some supervisory roles.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in local language(s); additional language skills are a bonus.
- Strong confidentiality skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
