We're seeking an experienced Cluster HR Director to lead HR operations in Osaka and Kyoto for a global hospitality organization. This senior role partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, foster talent growth, and drive employee engagement.

• ゼネラルマネージャーの主要人事アドバイザーとして活躍
• 優秀な人材の採用、保持、育成を目的とした人事戦略の策定と実行
• 地域およびブランドの目標に沿った人事施策の調整
• 従業員エンゲージメント、多様性、保持率の向上をリード
• 採用プロセスの管理と人材獲得を監督
• 競争力のある報酬プランの設計と給与水準の比較の実施
• トレーニングとパフォーマンスプログラムを通じたスタッフ開発の推進
• 従業員関係および人事ポリシーに関するガイダンスの提供
• 人事プロセスの効率化と効果的な改善の継続

応募資格

• 人事、ビジネス管理、または関連分野の学士号
• 4年以上の人事管理経験または同等の経験
• 優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の拠点での変革を推進し、影響を与える能力
