We are looking for an experienced HR leader for a key role with a well-known hotel group in Osaka. As the HR Cluster Director, you will manage human resources for two hotels, leading a team and driving strategic HR initiatives.


職務内容：

• 人事戦略の立案と実行を通じて、事業目標の達成を支援する。
• 採用、研修、パフォーマンス評価、従業員関係などの人事業務を管理する。
• 労働法規に精通し、法令遵守を徹底する。
• ホスピタリティ業界での優秀な人材の採用と定着を図るための新しい方法を開発する。

応募資格：

• ディレクターまたはVPレベルでの実績のあるリーダーシップ経験。
• 優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力。
• 多文化環境で迅速に対応できる柔軟性。
• 戦略的思考と積極的な問題解決能力。
