Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Sales Manager for a major Tokyo property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with important clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to find new business opportunities.
• Lead sales promotions & collaborate on room pricing strategy.
• Marketing & promotions in collaboration with marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in hotel or travel agency / OTA industry (Travel Agency / OTA are welcome to apply).
• Team leadership experience (preferred)
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
