APAC Senior HRBP

Our client are a global multimedia company, looking for a a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to take APAC-wide responsibility.
You will have the chance to create and implement HR strategies across the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR initiatives alongside regional HR and COE partners, adapting them for specific business needs.
- Provide leadership with advice on people and organizational structure.
- Ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Work with leaders to retain and develop key personnel.
- Lead efforts in organizational change to improve team performance.
- Apply diversity and inclusion principles in both business and HR strategies.
- Handle employee relations.
- Accurately manage organizational and employee data.
- Monitor staff metrics and manage costs in line with budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- More than 3 years as a Senior HRBP.
- Experience in matrixed or regional roles (preferred).
- Experience in people management (preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Japanese proficiency (preferred).
- Capable of balancing business objectives with employee needs.
