Our client are a global leader in the chemical industry, recruiting an experienced APAC Senior HR Manager to lead human resources across Japan, China and Taiwan, with a key focus on Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop & lead regional HR strategy.
- - Align local strategies for each geography.
- - Lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple countries and manage senior-level recruitment.
- - Review compensation structures and company benefits
- - Lead HR change management.
- - Employee engagement
- - Leadership coaching
- - HR budget management.
- - Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
- - Participate actively in the APAC Leadership Team.
Qualifications:
- - 10-15 years of HR leadership experience
- - HR experience in global organizations (preferred)
- - Extensive knowledge of Japanese labor laws
- - Experience in talent management, change management, and organizational development.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese with business level English
