HR Manager
We are seeking an HR Manager for a leading company in advanced manufacturing technology. You will lead a team of five HR professionals in an international start-up setting. This role involves shaping strategic HR practices and supporting business growth and cultural integration.
Responsibilities
- - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- - Develop talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment processes.
- - Improve hiring and retention using feedback and analytics.
- - Work with leaders to manage employee relations and provide guidance.
- - Create and implement policies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- - Collaborate with HR teams in Japan and globally for aligned initiatives.
Qualifications:
- - At least 7 years in HR or People Operations, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- - Proven experience in organizational development and change management.
- - Experience in talent acquisition in a growing business.
- - Ability to manage employee relations in a multicultural environment.
- - Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws.
- - Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
