Office Admin (Global Manufacturing Company)

Our client are a global manufacturing company, looking for an office administrator.

You'll have the opportunity to take on broad responsibilities in a workplace with great work-life-balance.

Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • - Help prepare and organize company documents and reports.
  • - Keep office records, databases, and filing systems up to date.
  • - Assist with scheduling and planning meetings and events.


Qualifications:

  • - 2-3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
  • - Experience manufacturing company (strongly preferred).
  • - Experience working in global organization (strongly preferred)
  • - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
