Responsibilities:

- Lead HR projects focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

- Work with different teams to promote a culture of improvement and innovation.

- Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in HR management, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
製造業界での経験が望ましい、人事管理の豊富な経験

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
優れたコミュニケーション能力と、迅速な環境での業務遂行能力

- Fluent in English and Japanese, other language skills are a plus.
