Asuna is a member of human resources, general affairs, and the back-office team. Her motto as a recruiter is to cherish every encounter and make every relationship an everlasting one. She strives to bridge the gap between the client and the candidate to ensure mutual satisfaction. She studied cross-cultural studies at university and have worked in Japan and abroad since graduation. She hopes to use her experience of working in countries and companies that represent diversity in her consulting work. Contrary to her being self-paced, she loves lacrosse, scuba diving, and other outdoor activities.
