Employee Relations Manager (Major Software Company)

Our client are a major software provider, recruiting an Employee Relations Manager.

You will have a significant impact across the APAC region and help set industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations and strategies for collective bargaining.
  • Advise and train HR leaders and business units on labor relations.
  • Collaborate with Legal team.
  • Collaborate with Regional HQ.
  • Define and implement best practices for labor union relations in IT.
  • Manage labor relations across the APAC region, including over 10 markets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with labor unions.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience in IT / software (preferably cloud technologies and enterprise architecture).
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
