We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager with a background in the Technology sector. This role involves leading financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced environment and playing a key role in the company's growth. Key Responsibilities


Build and manage financial models to support decision-making.
意思決定を支援するための財務モデルを構築・管理する。

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
予算策定、予測、差異分析を主導する。

Work with different teams to provide financial insights and advice.
各部門と連携し、財務面でのインサイトやアドバイスを提供する。

Analyze performance indicators to identify trends and evaluate company performance.
業績指標を分析し、トレンドを特定して企業のパフォーマンスを評価する。

Improve processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
プロセスを改善し、業務の効率と精度を向上させる。

Present financial results and recommendations to senior management.
財務結果を分析し、経営陣に向けて提言を行う。

Qualifications


At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in SaaS.
財務計画および分析の実務経験が5年以上ある方（SaaS業界での経験があれば尚可）。

Strong understanding of financial services and SaaS business models.
金融サービスおよびSaaSビジネスモデルに関する深い理解をお持ちの方。

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
優れた分析力と細部への注意力を持つ方。

Skilled in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
財務モデリングおよびデータ分析ツールのスキルを有する方。

Strong communication and presentation skills.
高いコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキルを持つ方。

Ability to lead and support a team, encouraging collaboration.
チームを指導・支援し、協力を促進できるリーダーシップを持つ方。
