Senior Manager, Employee Relations
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Employee Relations for a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on boosting employee engagement, creating a positive workplace, developing HR policies and managing labor relations.
Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement HR programs that meet both global and local standards, ensuring they comply with employment laws.
- - Encourage a positive work environment by driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts and improving employee well-being.
- - Handle compliance standards, labor issues, and disputes, and support the Disciplinary Committee.
- - Work with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Legal, and global teams to create employee relations and safety strategies.
- - Lead and support the Employee Experience & Relations team to achieve company goals and adapt to changing business needs.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with over 10 years of experience; a Master's degree and experience in the pharmaceutical industry are a plus.
- - Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and HR management.
- - Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- - Experience in managing organizational change and working with labor unions.
- - Strong communication abilities in Japanese and English.
