Our client are a global financial firm & Fortune 500 member, recruiting an L&D Specialist. You'll develop & deliver training programs to employees at every level - from new graduates to senior executives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and improvement of training programs for both new graduates & experienced staff.
- Conduct training sessions on a variety of topics, including both mandatory and elective courses.
- Design and development of training content in collaboration with Directors.
- Manage other duties related to training processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in training delivery within a corporate environment.
- Strong presentation and documentation capabilities.
- Analytical and logical thinking.
- Effective interpersonal skills for communication at all organizational levels.
- Fluent in Japanese.
