IT Infrastructure Manager, Global Retail (10M JPY ++!)

Our client are a large global retail group, recruiting an IT Infrastructure Manager.

You'll lead a team & manage critical IT infrastructure operations worldwide.

Our client offers flexible work, with remote / hybrid work available. You'll also have opportunities for international business travel.

Job Responsibilities:

• - Lead / manage IT team.
• - Strategic planning of IT infrastructure solutions.
• - Develop infrastructure solutions to support needs of various departments and projects.
• - Lead efforts to improve network performance, server optimization, and the implementation of cloud solutions.
• - Ensure security & compliance through strict data security protocols.
• - Manage external IT vendors (both hardware & software).
• - Manage IT infrastructure budget and resources.

Requirements:

• - Previous experience in IT infrastructure management and project execution.
• - Strong leadership skill; experience in managing teams.
• - Able to handle budget management & resource allocation
• - Understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
