Key Responsibilities
- Extract valuable insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies that support business goals.
- Present data findings in a clear and engaging way to drive business growth and decision-making
- Study audience behavior to identify trends, optimize user acquisition strategies, and reduce churn.
- Develop hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance platform performance.
- Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, turning data into insights and actionable steps.
- Work with teams to analyze and improve performance metrics or maximize successful initiatives.
- Partner with teams to create consistent metrics, streamline workflows, and automate reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and enhance data tools like visualization, modeling, and testing platforms.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, governance, and privacy compliance.
- Over 10 years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with subscription-based services, as well as media and content industries.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Marketing, Economics, Data Science); a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to using data.
