Job Title: Finance Director

Specialized Group is recruiting for a Finance Director role on behalf of our client in the manufacturing sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the financial leadership of the company, strategic planning, risk management, and compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance department.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Create financial plans in line with company objectives.
• Lead financial forecasting and risk analysis activities.
• Oversee the preparation and publication of financial reports.
• Implement cost and productivity optimization measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in senior finance roles.
• Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
• Experience in data analysis and forecasting.
• Proven ability in implementing financial and operational strategies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• CFA/CPA or similar qualification preferred.
• Fluent Japanese communication ability is mandatory.
