Our client are a global software company active in the e-commerce solutions space. They require a Digital Technology Lead to manage both product management and software engineering teams in Tokyo.

This is a management role. You will have the opportunity to lead teams & projects, and play a major strategic role.

Key duties:

• Lead & manage teams & projects.
• Leading product management and software engineering for commerce platforms.
• Planning and implementing technical strategies and resources for mid to long-term projects.
• Budget management.

Essential qualifications:

• At least 7 years in IT with a focus on e-commerce or web sales systems.
• Experience in software engineering projects, including application development and maintenance.
• Understanding of system development cycles & project management.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
