Role Overview
The Head of Digital is responsible for shaping and executing the company's digital strategy, leveraging technology to drive business transformation. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in emerging technologies to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Define and implement a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and integrate innovative technologies to enhance business performance.
- Lead IT-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless digital adoption.
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate goals.
- Conduct cost and risk analysis to optimize performance and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators to track success.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams, technology providers, and regional stakeholders to drive digital initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and corporate policies.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Mentor and upskill team members in technical and leadership capabilities.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or business innovation.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and executing strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business impact.
- Experience handling multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
