Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to attract top talent.
- Create onboarding programs for smooth new employee integration.
- Build a strong company culture and collaborate with leadership to promote company values.
- Lead projects to improve internal communication and employee engagement.
- Design and manage HR evaluation systems while supporting professional development through training.
- Manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering an efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture building in a diverse, international environment.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Japanese.
- Prior experience in startups or pre-IPO environments is highly advantageous.
