Join a leading startup in the Aerospace industry as a Strategic HR Manager. In this role, you'll lead HR strategies in a dynamic, international, pre-IPO environment-all with the flexibility of remote work.


Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to attract top talent.
• Create onboarding programs for smooth new employee integration.
• Build a strong company culture and collaborate with leadership to promote company values.
• Lead projects to improve internal communication and employee engagement.
• Design and manage HR evaluation systems while supporting professional development through training.
• Manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering an efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture building in a diverse, international environment.
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Japanese.
• Prior experience in startups or pre-IPO environments is highly advantageous.
