An established player in the reinsurance and insurance sector seeks a Senior Manager for the Underwriting Solutions Team.

The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team, and help foster business growth by creating and implementing comprehensive underwriting strategies.

職務内容：

• アンダーライティングソリューション部門長と連携してアンダーライティングプログラムを開発
• 現在および将来のクライアントとの有効なビジネスソリューションを提供するための定期的な交流
• 市場の動向を把握し、アンダーライティングガイドラインを分析
• アンダーライティングプログラムのパフォーマンスを評価するための価格設定チームとの連携
• 地域のアンダーライティングとサポートチームと連携して地域の取り組みを推進

必要条件：

• 人生保険業界での8年以上の経験、再保険ビジネスにおけるアンダーライティングに焦点を当てた経験
• 人生再保険リスクに関連する医学、法律、会計、金融の基礎知識
• データ駆動型またはIT重視のプロジェクトへの参加経験があれば尚可
