Suitable candidates will have previously held positions as senior front desk agents or managers at small hotels. This is a great opportunity to step into great responsibility at a large hotel with a global brand name.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, and support front office staff.
• Oversee front office operations.
• Ensure excellent service; resolve guest complaints and issues.
• Manage operations of room bookings / reservations.
• Prepare reports on front office activities and performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel.
• Experience as manager or team leader
• Communication ability in both Japanese and English.
