Our client are a global FMCG leader, recruiting an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Analyst.

You'll take a strategic role in financial planning & operations, and collaborate across teams to drive investment and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• - Collaborate with commercial teams to create and implement investment and growth strategies.
• - Lead evaluations of marketing investments.
• - Manage budgeting processes.
• - Improve accounting and governance processes to strengthen controls and business operations.
• - Support marketing teams with insights and help develop commercial strategies.

Qualifications:

• - Over 3 years of finance experience.
• - Experience in the FMCG industry (preferred).
• - Financial analysis skills with the ability to offer commercial insights.
• - Experience in cross-functional business partner roles.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
