Accounting & Controlling Manager (Hybrid, ¥14M-17M) - FMCG

Our client are a global leader in the FMCG industry, recruiting an Accounting & Controlling Manager.

You'll lead a team, & manage financial resources across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team.
• Statutory accounting, reporting, receivables & payables, fixed asset control, and payroll functions.
• Oversee financial systems development.
• Lead development of new financial policies.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency.
• Establish internal controls.
• Lead the treasury function.
• Ensure effective cash-flow management, credit control, and risk management through insurance policies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Strategic Planning.
• Experience in FMCG or other consumer business (preferred).
• Understanding of US GAAP.
• 3+ years as a people manager or project leader.
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
