Sales Planning & Strategy Manager (Hybrid, ¥14M-17M

Our client are a leading e-commerce company, recruiting a B2B Sales Planning & Strategy Manager.

Our client offers a flexible workplace with hybrid remote work available.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for corporate and public sector sales teams.
  • Analyze opportunities and provide strategic direction to leadership.
  • Lead resource planning.
  • Manage sales & KPI analytics; provide actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, QuickSight, and Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams across sales operations, finance, marketing, and product management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate planning.
  • Experience with GTM strategy planning.
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and experience with programming languages like SQL or Python.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/BI tools.
  • Skills in developing and implementing CRM systems, revenue reporting, and sales automation tools (preferred).
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
