Responsibilities:

• Engage with client executives to identify financial and managerial issues.
• Design and implement solutions for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Support clients in finance, accounting, and internal controls, ensuring strategies align with company culture.
• Optimize ERP systems for clients to meet current and future business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or ERP, BI, RPA solution implementation.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Preferred experience in management planning and system investment.
• JICPA or USCPA qualifications and project management experience are a plus.
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
