Company Overview:
Our client a leading healthcare company recognized for our strong market presence and dedication to innovative healthcare solutions. As they undergo a major transformation, they are seeking a Bilingual Salesforce Business System Analyst to help replace the current ERP with a Salesforce CRM.

Position Overview:
The Bilingual Salesforce Business System Analyst will drive the transition to a Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth adoption across global and local teams. This role will bridge the technical and operational needs, managing stakeholder expectations and promoting effective user engagement. Fluency in Japanese and English and Salesforce certifications are essential, as is proven experience in change management and guiding users through new technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with global, regional stakeholders and local to gather and align requirements, ensuring the CRM system meets diverse business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, adapting communication to suit each audience.
  • Lead the migration from ERP to Salesforce CRM, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Document workflows and design scalable configurations for efficient healthcare operations.
  • Develop a change management plan to facilitate a smooth transition, focusing on user acceptance and active engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions, create user-friendly guides, and provide hands-on support to encourage system utilization and user confidence in the new CRM.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and secure access within Salesforce CRM.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize Salesforce capabilities for healthcare-specific needs and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect etc.) required.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, with strong communication skills in each
  • Proven experience in change management, with a demonstrated ability to engage and support users through technology transitions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in requirements gathering and process design.
  • Experience with ERP-CRM migration projects is an advantage.
