Job Overview

The IT Retail Technology Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing retail business operations through global retail solutions. The position requires a blend of business acumen and technical expertise, enabling seamless collaboration with local and global teams under the guidance of supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Systems Management:

• Oversee and support global retail systems, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of incidents.
• Monitor and manage issue resolution progress, proposing actionable solutions for system enhancements.

Omnichannel Project Support:

• Assist in defining system requirements for omnichannel initiatives, coordinating test plans, and supporting deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, and other business teams to implement and maintain effective omnichannel strategies.

Documentation and Training:

• Develop operational guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for business users.
• Ensure thorough documentation of systems and processes to promote operational consistency.

Issue Reporting and Communication:

• Identify, document, and escalate system issues to senior management.
• Share insights and findings within the team to facilitate continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
• Proven experience in retail technology, IT systems management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Familiarity with global retail solutions and omnichannel strategies is a plus.
• Business level in English and fluent in Japanese
