Our global consumer services client is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual IT Business Analyst to lead innovative initiatives that enhance customer experiences through the implementation of advanced digital platforms and technologies. This role is pivotal in driving transformative projects that significantly improve customer engagement.

Role Summary
As the Bilingual IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital initiatives. Collaborating closely with product teams and business stakeholders, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, effective resource coordination, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful implementation and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product teams and business partners to translate requirements into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with design specifications and meet user expectations by actively participating in testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead all phases of project management, including project scoping, staffing, resource planning, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Oversee project documentation, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese (minimum N2 for non-Japanese applicants).
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems integration, particularly within eCommerce and digital experience platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies throughout all phases, particularly for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and make informed decisions within a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize project tasks and resources effectively.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to meet project schedules and objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing vendor projects, resource planning, and implementing large-scale applications.
