Our client are a global consulting group, recruiting a Corporate FP&A professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop, manage, and analyze financial budgets and forecasts.
• - Create detailed financial reports and data models for business and financial analysis.
• - Update management reports regularly (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and respond to departmental inquiries.
• - Drive workflow optimization and efficiency initiatives.
• - Work with SAP and Oracle Hyperion accounting systems.

Required Qualifications:

• - At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or management accounting.
• - Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with complex spreadsheets.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Experience with databases, programming (VBA/SQL), Hyperion, SmartView, and PowerBI.
• - Background in PMO activities.
• - Experience in accounting firms, consulting firms, or publicly listed companies.
• - Focused on improving business processes and workflows.
