IT Manager - Tokyo

I am ooking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations in our client Tokyo office. You will be the go-to person for all local IT matters-ranging from user support and systems management to cybersecurity and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global IT teams.

• Provide IT support to Japan-based users and coordinate with global IT teams.

• Maintain and troubleshoot systems, endpoints, and networks.

• Manage user accounts, software deployment, and asset inventory.

• Support AV setups, network operations, and cybersecurity measures.

• Document IT processes and maintain system compliance.

• Coordinate vendor support and IT procurement.

• 5+ years of IT support experience.

• Strong knowledge of end-user computing, Windows environments, O365, networks, and cybersecurity.

• Fluent in Japanese and English.

• Proactive, customer-focused, and organized.
