Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead their technology efforts in Japan. This role is key to setting up and maintaining IT systems that meet global standards and support local business growth. You'll join an innovative team and play a significant role in strategic IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Implement IT solutions to improve business processes.
• - Design and manage the technical infrastructure to align with global IT standards.
• - Plan, budget, and manage IT expenses efficiently.
• - Build strong relationships with vendors and team members.
• - Oversee network security, server operations, and hardware.
• - Provide IT support, including troubleshooting and device management.
• - Keep IT documentation and technical procedures up to date.
• - Evaluate and incorporate new systems and cloud platforms.
• - Stay updated on industry trends to offer strategic advice.

Qualifications:

• - Extensive experience in network security, infrastructure management, and performance monitoring.
• - Proficient in ERP systems, especially Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations.
• - Strong knowledge of cloud services like Meraki and Microsoft Azure.
• - Over 5 years of IT experience in multinational companies.
• - Experience in the retail sector, including system integration and office setups.
• - Understanding of network protocols, VPNs, and enterprise security measures.
• - Familiar with IT frameworks such as COBIT, SOX, and ITIL.
