Our client is looking for Global IT Device Management & IT Operations Manager to lead our IT support and device management strategy. In this role, you will ensure seamless IT operations, improve user experience, and define global standards for device and identity management. You'll be part of a fast-growing SaaS company, driving innovation and efficiency across a global IT landscape.
Lead and manage the IT Support and ID/Device Management teams globally.
Define and implement IT support strategies to enhance efficiency and security.
Standardize and enforce device management policies (Windows, macOS, MDM solutions like Intune, Jamf).
Oversee identity management using Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.
Improve user support experience by monitoring KPIs and driving process enhancements.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align IT policies with company goals.
Manage budgets, IT resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
Drive innovation and automation in IT support and device management.
Experience leading IT support, device management and identity management teams.
Technical expertise in MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf), identity platforms, and ITSM tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop global IT policies and process improvements.
