IT Application Assistant Manager, Retail (9m+ JPY!)

Our client are a leader in the retail sector, recruiting an Assistant Manager for IT Applications to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• - Help develop global IT strategy, (incl. digital, client-facing, and mobile app areas).
• - Manage projects for digital, client-facing, mobile, and mobile app initiatives.
• - Define project scope, timelines, resources, and handle risk management.
• - Document project requirements.
• - Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• - Handle customer inquiries and technical issues.
• - Find root causes of technical issues; implement solutions.
• - Assist creation / maintenance of technical & knowledge base documents.

Qualifications:

• - Business Analysis experience & data analysis ability.
• - Experience working on digital applications, mobile strategies, or mobile apps
• - Experience working on projects for retail or similar industries.
• - Project management experience.
• - Knowledge of mobile app development processes and user experience principles.
• - PMP certification (preferred).
• - Experience with software like Azure, Sales Force Cloud, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• - Vendor management ability.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
