業務内容：

• - 財務部門およびIR部門の指導および管理
• - CEOと協力して新しいビジネス戦略の立案と実行
• - 買収機会の特定と管理
• - 財務計画の策定と実施
• - 投資家対応、財務開示およびコミュニケーションの管理
• - 予算の作成および管理、コスト削減施策の実施
• - 新規事業機会の評価、子会社の設立など
• - 取締役会の運営
• - 金融機関やステークホルダーとの連携

応募資格：

• - 投資銀行またはプライベート・エクイティ・ファンドでの最低3年の経験
• - 関連する財務経験
• - チームのマネジメント経験
