Our client are a leader in pharmaceuticals / healthcare, searching for an IT Application Manager.

This is a leadership role with team management responsibility. You'll lead digital transformation efforts & enterprise architecture strategy.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a team.
• - Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy.
• - Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration project, to be completed by April 2025.
• - Collaborate with APAC HQ & Japan Head of IT.
• - Oversee the design and development of data systems for analytics and predictive modeling.
• - Guide the transition from legacy systems to new global platforms.
• - Promote digital culture through innovative IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• - Team Management & project management experience.
• - Programming and application development experience.
• - Strong background in SAP / ServiceNow / Microsoft Power Platform.
• - Experience in large-scale global system deployments.
• - Understanding of data governance.
• - Knowledge of Snowflake, KNIME, Snaplogic, Winshuttle, and Microsoft Azure (preferred).
• - PMP Certification (preferred).
• - Knowledge of enterprise architecture (preferred).
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
