Our client are a Japanese-headquartered aerospace technology company, recruiting a Human Resources Leader.

This is a great chance to take on a position with global responsibility. You'll work with global executive teams to develop and implement HR strategies across US and European offices.

• - 日本オフィスにおける人事業務の管理
• - 職務評価、給与戦略、業績評価を含む人事ポリシーの管理
• - 労務管理の実施
• - 人事プロセスと運用モデルの作成・改善
• - 人事機能の継続的な改善と革新を奨励

応募資格：

• - 5年以上の関連する人事経験
• - 国際的な環境での経験（歓迎）
• - 人事戦略の開発と実施に関する深い知識
• - 人事ポリシーや戦略の開発経験
• - プロジェクト管理スキル
• - 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
