Our client are an enterprise software company, searching for a HR Director.

This position has been created due to our client's strong and sustained growth in Japan. You will be the first HR Director for the Japan office, and you will have the chance to shape and direct Japan HR strategies.

This is a great opportunity for experienced HR Managers or Senior HRBPs who wish to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies.
• Manage Japan HR staff.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
• Lead recruitment and hiring processes to secure high-caliber talent.
• Oversee employee development programs.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR leadership roles.
• Experience in IT or software industries (preferred).
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR regulations.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
