We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support growth and cultural change in a retail setting. This global role involves working with stakeholders to implement HR strategies that drive brand success. Reporting to the HR Director, the position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and international involvement. You will work on key projects and engage regularly with global teams.


業務内容：

• 戦略を策定し、国内外で優秀な人材を効率的に採用する。
• 人事ビジネスパートナーおよびタレント・アクイジションチームと協力して、オンボーディングプロセスを改善する。
• グローバルHR学習チームと連携し、スキル開発やチェンジマネジメントに関する研修プログラムを設計・提供する。
• 人材レビューを実施し、後継者計画を改善する。
• 従業員のキャリア開発を支援し、国内外での機会を提供する。
• 従業員のエンゲージメントを高め、職場環境を改善する取り組みをリードする。
• 従業員からのフィードバックを分析し、ビジネスリーダーと協力してアクションプランを策定する。
• 従業員データを日々管理し、労働力の予算編成やトレンド分析をサポートする。

応募資格：

• リテール業界での人事ビジネスパートナーまたは同様の職務経験。
• グローバルチームと協働できる高いコミュニケーション能力。
• タレントマネジメントおよび従業員エンゲージメントの専門知識。
