We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading Marketing company in Tokyo. This is a great opportunity for HR professionals to work on strategic business partnering, focusing on the Retail sector. The role involves developing HR strategies with a dynamic team, without handling Talent Acquisition or Operations.


業務内容：

• - 経営陣と協力し、ビジネス目標に応じた人事戦略を策定・実行する。
• - リーダーの信頼できるアドバイザーとして、人材計画、従業員エンゲージメント、パフォーマンス管理に関するガイダンスを提供する。
• - 変革管理の取り組みを主導し、継続的な改善を促進する。
• - 日本の労働法を遵守する。
• - 従業員のスキル向上とキャリア成長を支援する研修プログラムを開発・実施する。

応募資格：

• - マーケティングまたはリテール業界での人事ビジネスパートナーまたは類似の役割の経験。
• - 人事実務および日本の労働法に関する深い理解。
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
• - 高速な環境で独立して働く能力。
• - 英語と日本語の両方に堪能であること。
