Our client is a leading global hotel group, recruiting a Sales Executive for their international market operations in Tokyo.

This is a corporate office position (Monday to Friday - not shift based!).

It's a great opportunity for those with hotel experience and language skills to transition into sales. Sales experience is not required if you have relevant hotel operations experience.

We encourage junior applicants who want to transition into corporate roles to apply!

業務内容：

• インターナショナルグループおよび個別宿泊セールスの管理
• 販売戦略を分析し、新たなアプローチを開発して稼働率と収益を最大化
• セールスプレゼンテーション、施設案内、顧客ミーティングの実施
• チームと連携して効果的なセールス戦略を策定
• ホテルを代表してイベントやカンファレンスに参加

応募資格：

• セールス経験（あれば尚可）
• ホテル運営部門（例：客室やF&B部門）での2年以上の経験
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力
