• F&Bチームのリードとマネジメント
• ゲストからの質問や問題を迅速に対応し、満足度を確保
• 高品質なサービス基準の維持
• 衛生管理規則の遵守
• 在庫管理と必要品の注文
• 予算管理
• スタッフ向けの研修プログラムの企画・実施

応募資格：

• 4年以上のホテルF&B関連の経験
• ラグジュアリーホテルでの経験（望ましい）
• ジュニアスタッフの育成経験（望ましい）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（望ましい）
