Assistant Manager - Human Resources


We are looking for an Assistant Manager for the Human Resources team at a well-known hotel in Okinawa. We provide full relocation support, including travel and free dormitory accommodation.

Responsibilities:



- Create and manage training programs to ensure high-quality service from team members.
チームメンバーが高品質なサービスを提供できるよう、研修プログラムを作成・管理

- Keep employee training records and operation manuals up to date.
社員研修記録や業務マニュアルの最新化

- Help prepare and manage the training budget effectively.
効果的な研修予算の策定と管理

- Develop employee communications and highlight the benefits of training.
社員とのコミュニケーションを促進し、研修のメリットをアピール

- Work with department heads to identify and meet training needs.
各部門の責任者と連携し、研修ニーズを特定し対応


Qualifications:


- Experience in human resources or training within the hospitality industry.
ホスピタリティ業界での人事や研修に関する経験

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate well with diverse groups.
