We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner for a financial services company in Tokyo. You'll have the chance to use your HR expertise to influence the company's direction and support an environment that values innovation and employee well-being.


Responsibilities

• - Lead recruitment efforts to attract top candidates.
• - Conduct reference checks to ensure candidate fit.
• - Assist employees with HR-related issues like leave management and conflict resolution.
• - Handle daily HR tasks and keep detailed employee records.
• - Develop and enforce HR policies to comply with labor laws in various locations.
• - Analyze HR data for performance management and offer strategic advice.
• - Work on HR projects to improve organizational success.

Qualifications

• - 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• - Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
