Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Director of Sales & Marketing for a resort property undergoing a major rebrand.

業務内容：

• リブランディングのローンチを担当。
• セールスチームおよびマーケティングチームをリード。
• 既存のホテル顧客をグループ顧客へとスムーズに移行。
• グループホテル顧客への新ホテルのプロモーションをリード。
• 収益最大化のため、新しい販売プロセスの見直し、改善、導入を推進。

応募資格：

• ホテルセールスでの8年以上の経験。
• チーム管理能力。
• グローバルな環境での勤務経験。
