Our client is a global luxury hotel group, recruiting a Finance Manager for a major resort property in Okinawa.

This is a team leadership role. We encourage those with 5 years of experience who want to take on broader / more senior responsibility to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team.
• Strategic planning & budgeting.
• Lead financial management & reporting.
• Financial policy formulation & implementation.
• Oversee monthly account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with department heads on cost-benefit analyses for special projects.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Monitor inventory and ensure effective procurement controls.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
• Experience in hotels / hospitality (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to lead a team & manage projects
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
