A renowned hotel in Osaka Bay is looking for an experienced Director of Rooms to manage guest services, concierge, housekeeping, and communications.

The hotel, is known for its excellent views and great accessible location. It is undergoing a major room renovation to be completed by March 2025 for the Osaka Expo.

業務内容：

• - 高水準のゲストサービスの維持
• - 複数チームの管理
• - コンシェルジュ、ハウスキーピング、社内コミュニケーションの監督
• - 客室収益と効率の最適化戦略の策定
• - マネージャーおよびスタッフの指導と育成
• - ゲストの懸念事項に迅速かつ効果的に対処

応募資格：

• - 同様の役職での3〜5年の経験
• - 国際的なホテルでの勤務経験（優遇）
• - 優れた組織力とゲストサービススキル
• - スプレッドシートや予算管理ソフトに精通していること
